His Eminence Zulkarnain Tengku Rafiuddin representing Majlis Ulama ( Council of Scholars ) of Indonesia visited Australia. Part of his visit was visiting Darulfatwa ( The Islamic High Council of Australia in Sydney & Melbourne ) where he meet the Chairman Dr Sheikh Salim Alwan Alhusainy and number of respected Sheikhs and Muslim Associations' representative.  During his visit to Sydney he visited Assalam Mosque and the office of Darulfatwa at Chester Hill and said after that  : I am so happy to see those activities and achievements of Darulfatwa and we are looking forward to work more close with you in the future.  In Melbourne at Al-Sunnah Mosque he was received an Award of Appreciation for his hard work in the field of Dawa in Indonesia and overseas as well as for his visit to the Muslim Welfare Trust of Victoria which is one of the biggest organisations in Melbourne that affiliated with Darulfatwa Australia.

Darulfatwa Australia held a banquet in tribute to the Ambassador of Morocco and several ambassadors following a tour of the offices and institutions affiliated with Darulfatwa Australia, in Sydney. The VIP banquet held yesterday Wednesday at Darulfatwa main office in Chester Hill, Sydney in honor of the Ambassador of Morocco,  Mr Mohamed Mael-Ainin , hosted dignitaries including, the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mr.  Mohamed Khairat ; the former Ambassador of Libya, Mr.  Musbah Allafi ; and the  High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam , Mr. Zakaria Ahmad.
