For the first time in Sydney Australia a big Islamic Conference was held over two days on 3&4 of December 2017 which organised by Darulfatwa the Islamic High Council of Australia in cooperation with MUI Indonesia ( Majlis Ulama Indonesia, Jakarta ) , over ninety ( 90 ) scholars, Imams , Ministers and University teachers from south east Asia more over many sheikhs and community leaders from all states of Australia participated in this important even,
The main theme of the conference is about moderation in Islam under the title of : Mohammad , The Prophet of Mercy and Messenger of Peace

In Cooperation between Darulfatwa Australia ( The Islamic High Council of Australia ) and MUI ( Majlis Ulama Indonesia ) in Jakarta, an inaugural International Islamic Conference about ( Moderation in Islam ) was held in Sydney early this month 3 - 4 of December 2017 , under the title ( Muhammad , The Prophet of Mercy & Messenger of Peace ).
More than 90 scholars, university teachers, Muftis and religious advisory board members from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Sir Lanka, Fiji, New Zealand, Brunei and Thailand as well as from all Australian states participated in this conference, which was officially opened on Sunday 3rd of December 2017 at Sports Center, Sydney Olympic Park with the present of NSW Governor H.E General the Hon David Hurley AC DSC ( Ret'd ) and his wife Mrs Hurley ,
